We at *Megnowin* want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Orders can be canceled within twelve hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. If a payment has been made for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment source within seven to ten business days. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery at *[support@megnowin.in](mailto:support@megnowin.in)*. Include your order number, a short description, and product photos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product reaches us and passes inspection. Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or handling issues will not be eligible for refund or replacement. We do not accept returns for products that are opened, used, or customized unless they are defective upon arrival.
